Leadership
Our Head of Chambers, Dr. Paul Chiy, is a barrister, arbitrator, and academic with over 30 years of experience across the legal profession. He has practiced as both solicitor and barrister, holds fellowships with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx), and has published extensively in academic and professional fields. Dr. Chiy oversees the strategic direction of chambers, mentoring junior counsel, and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
